Skilled Nursing Care
We are a 91-bed full care facility offering a comprehensive array of services. We maximize residents’ independence, preserve each resident’s dignity and provide excellent care. Each resident has an individualized care plan to ensure the best possible quality-of- life.
We provide 24-hour skilled and acute nursing care. Our nursing staff is available around-the-clock to manage care of residents with chronic and acute conditions. Wound care, pain management, total parenteral nutrition (tube feeding), swallowing therapy, and post-surgical care are just some of the areas of care provided. Residents are screened quarterly for therapy, nutrition and social needs.
Residents recovering from surgery or facing multiple medical challenges benefit from our Complex Medical Care Nursing program. Each resident’s care is managed by a successful team approach involving the resident’s physician, rehabilitation therapists, restorative nursing, the resident and the family.
Rehabilitation
Residents who are recovering from surgery or a medical event such as a stroke receive comprehensive therapy to return them to their highest level of health and activity

Respite Care
Respite Care provides a temporary break for caregivers with a short-term stay for individuals in a community that can meet their needs. This respite is also a nice break for the resident, as they get to experience different activities in a safe, caring environment.
Hospice/Palliative Care
Hospice and palliative care emphasizes comfort care through effective pain management and emotional support of the resident and family. Merry Haven staff coordinates hospice services with our local hospice providers for care at the end-of-life.
Resident Services and Amenities
These services strengthen residents’ quality-of-life with special events, programs and activities, beauty and barber shop, a van for outings, holiday programs and events. We also provide transportation to medical appointments, billing help, social service assistance, laundry services and access to wireless Internet.
Ancillary Support and Services
These services are all coordinated for the convenience of residents and their families. These include pharmacy services, respiratory therapy, eye, foot and dental services; laboratory and x-ray services.
